Here at The Bear Inn we serve delicious food and as well as a fine range of ales some of which may vary according to demand.
We offer our 'ale of the week' at only £2.25 all day, every day*. Other ales are £2.90 and £2.50 during Happy Hour.
Ales include HPA, Enville, IPA, Hobgoblin, Old Speckled Hen (4.5 abv), Wye Valley HPA (4 abv), Hobsons Town Crier (4.5 abv) from our local brewery in Cleobury Mortimer and *Ruddles Best (3.8 abv).
Food is served in our comfortable dining area and is available all week:
Monday to Saturday 12.00pm - 3.00pm and Sunday from 12pm.
We are proud to announce that The Bear has recently been awarded 5 stars for Food Hygiene (the highest rating) by Shropshire County Council.
Our cooks at The Bear Inn are Sara and Chez. Where possible we source local produce and our meat is provided by butcher Craig Finch of Bridgnorth High Street.

Breakfast
We will cook you a full traditional cooked breakfast or you may have a continental breakfast if you prefer. The traditional breakfast will include bacon, sausage, an egg (cooked according to your taste), beans or tomatoes (our own home grown tomatoes in season), toast (white or wholemeal) and jams, fruit juice and tea or coffee or a combination of these to suit your taste.
The continental breakfast will consist of a selection from the following according to your choice: cereals, fruit juice, cold meats, cheese, fruits, yoghourt, jams and a croissant or bread.
Breakfast is normally served between 8.45 and 10.45 and is in our lounge.
